  1. Order Acceptance Policy

1.1. All orders we receive are subject to our acceptance, and we retain the right to reject any order without providing specific reasons. If an order is rejected, any payments made will be refunded or cancelled through the original payment method.

  1. Changes to Your Order

2.1. Should you wish to modify your order, please respond to your order receipt at your earliest convenience. While we strive to accommodate last-minute changes, we can only guarantee changes, including delivery address and card messages, made at least 24 hours before dispatch. No changes can be accepted once orders are 'assigned to production,' especially during peak seasons like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day within 48 hours of the intended delivery date.

  1. Cancelling Your Order

3.1. Ordinarily, orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date. To cancel, reply to your order receipt email. Once orders are 'assigned to production,' cancellation is not possible. During peak seasons, cancellation within 48 hours of the intended delivery date cannot be guaranteed.

  1. Incorrect/Incomplete Delivery Information

4.1. Providing inaccurate or incomplete delivery information may hinder guaranteed delivery. In such cases, we will attempt to contact you for clarification. We are not liable for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

4.2. Orders rejected by recipients will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

  1. Product Substitution Policy

5.1. Occasionally, items listed may be unavailable, prompting substitutions of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery.

5.2. Substitutions involving the main flower type will be communicated via email, with roses requiring confirmation before any changes, even if it causes delays.

5.3. In case of unavailability of add-on products, substitutions will be made within the same category of equal or greater value.

5.4. Changes to flower colors may occur based on freshness, styling, and availability, but overall arrangement themes will be maintained.

5.5. Vase types and colors are subject to availability, and substitutions may occur to prevent delivery delays, always maintaining the closest available style and color.

5.6. Images on the Website are illustrative; actual gifts may differ, but specifications will be met, replacing unavailable items with equivalents of equal or greater value.

  1. Late Delivery

6.1. Compensation, including gifts or partial refunds, may be offered for orders undelivered due to circumstances within our control. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date.

6.2. If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, a refund is not guaranteed.

6.3. For gift orders, a full refund is possible if the order is over 3 days late and the recipient refuses delivery. Products must be unopened and returned in original packaging.

  1. Delivery Times

7.1. Exact delivery times are not guaranteed, and delivery time slots depend on logistics and local florist availability. Refunds for timed delivery fees can be provided if the chosen time slot is not met.

  1. Delivery to Public Addresses

8.1. Deliveries to public locations are guaranteed up to the front reception or security desk. Provide comprehensive details, including the full name and contact information for establishments and recipients.
